I see In Bruges is already mentioned -- it's a must see. One of the greatest movies ever, IMHO! Big Nothing is great as well, as is Welcome to Collinwood, Three Kings, The Good, the Bad, the Weird (Joheunnom nabbeunnom isanghannom) and Dogma.

Oh, and have you seen the Monty Python movies? If not, start with Monty Python and the Holy Grail!

Saw and liked Hot Fuzz, Shaun of the Dead, Zombieland, Dodgeball (surprised me:) ) and Harold and Maude (but more as a drama...)

The Trailer looked great but the movie itself was just boring: The Amateurs

Maybe I should add: I like sarkasm/black humor, silly movies IF they are extreme silly (think I'll check "Man Who Knew Too Little, The" :] ) and satire

I just saw a movie at the Dallas International Film Festival that I thought was funny: Tucker & Dale vs Evil but I don't think anyone picked it up yet.

I also really liked:
The Hangover.
Napolean Dynamite
Little Miss Sunshine
Sunshine Cleaning Company
