London is largely dialog based. As a matter of fact some of the best parts of the movie take place in a bathroom at a party.

#Waking Life# is visually stunning, but there is no plot to speak of. The entire movie is driven by dialogue, which is thought-provoking to say the least.

  My Dinner with Andr1981)
Before Sunrise
Before Sunset (I like Before Sunrise better)
almost any of Woody Allen's earlier movies i.e. Annie Hall
Hannah and Her Sisters
Manhattan (not a fan but very talky)
if you're willing to watch foreign films Ingmar Bergman is the way to go:
Wild Strawberries (Smultronstet)
Cries and Whispers (Viskningar och rop)
Winter Light (Nattvardsgerna)
Seventh Seal, The (Sjunde inseglet, Det)
Ordinary People (Robert Redford's Best Director Oscar win)

Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? is a classic that is dialog based. Check out Woody Allen films. They tend to be loaded with smart, snappy dialog.
