What's the last thing you watched and what did you rate it?

Should be a simple discussion exercise...
I saw Ringu. I didn't find it that interesting, but it was okay. I rated it 3 out of 5 stars. Since I haven't seen the remake, I now know that I don't really intend to.

"Angels in America" was an HBO special in 2003 and it's 6 hours long. Originally, it was a Pulitzer Prize-winning Broadway play. A play isn't easy to convert to the screen because of the metaphorical tone inherent in stageplays. This film had difficulties because of that conversion but it was powerful and the acting was superb. With Al Pacino and Meryl Streep there is a host of accomplished star power working its magic in this film.
Heavy issues with comedic relief.
Movielens doesn't have this film available. I gave it 4 stars.
