Is there anything that can be done to improve the LensKit predictions?

Since movielens has started using LensKit, I am receiving lots of high predictions for movies that I find (or have found) to be mediocre. Predictions in the past have been remarkably accurate.

Same with me. I can here looking to see what had changed at movielens, because my 4 star recommendations used to be films I'd never heard of, mostly foreign. Now every 3rd film is an action thriller made in the last 10 years. It's such a shame. Movielens used to be accurate by over 90%. Now it's awful. I think I'll be giving up.
