When will "Suggest A Title" return??

Why has "Suggest A Title" been missing for over a year? Without it, I'll have to go use another suggestion site. I've been here for 10 years but if the films I want to get suggestions on are not in the DB (in this case, a biggie like 2010's "Robin Hood"), ML's usefulness has waned. Thanks.
